Lorenzo has been working in the central London property market for over 18 years, gaining a wide range of experience in lettings, portfolio management, new homes and the build to rent sector.
Lorenzo has gained a wealth of experience across prime central London in various roles in the residential lettings business including portfolio manager for a large property investment company and lettings manager in St John’s Wood.
More recently his role has entailed advising private and institutional clients (international and domestic) on their current and future portfolios. Lorenzo’s knowledge of the London lettings market means he is perfectly placed to advise clients how to maximise their rental investment, diversify their portfolio and advise best suited marketing strategies for their properties.
